4 Scary S£xµal Habits of a Narcissist

Number 2: Withholding STD History.

One of the most dangerous things a narcissist can do is withhold information about their s£xµal health. They would either avoid the topic altogether, give vague answers, or even lie outright about being clean. But the true harm comes when their recklessness catches up with them, and they find a way to blame you for it. Imagine you contract an STD because they failed to disclose their history. They were having the STD, they gave it to you, and they lied about their past. Instead of taking responsibility, they will turn the tables and accuse you of cheating. “See how crazy they are? How evil they are. This couldn’t have come from me,” that’s what they will say. “You must have been messing around behind my back because that’s who you are.” In that moment, they weaponize their own deceit to attack your integrity.

You’re left defending yourself against accusations while grappling with the emotional and physical toll of their actions. They create a narrative that they are the victim of your supposed infidelity, even though the truth is the exact opposite. Classic DARVO: deny, attack, reverse the roles of victim and offender. This is the reason why I say every form of narcissistic abuse is essentially physical abuse—be it the stress you endure or the diseases you catch because of them, your body takes a heavy toll.
