6. Spending a lot of time in a bathroom with their phone.
They stay in the bathroom for a long time with their phone, spending hours there. Then they bring up excuses like they were doing office work or indulging in something else. But that is the place, as mentioned earlier, to get into their realm of supplies and get a lot of it – probably either to masturbate or do something that gives them supply. It is never about the office work; it’s never about anything that is not related to cheating, stalking, hoovering, sexting, or the overuse of pornography – an addiction to something like that. They stay there, do the stuff, and then come out after a long time, making you confused about what the hell was going on in there.

7. Turn off all notifications and hide them.
They turn off all the notifications on their phone so that nothing is displayed. You do not know what apps they’re using, what is going on, what’s happening. They do this more so to hide the extra-marital affair they’re having. They are quite secretive, quite planned, and they keep it under heavy passwords and heavy app locks to make sure that you do not know what they are interacting with, who they are interacting with, and what their online activity looks like.
Think of their phone as this treasure. There is a lot in there that you can find, but they do not give you access to it. In a nutshell, their relationship with the phone, with the smart device, is quite toxic, quite dysfunctional, and it enables their narcissism. In many cases, it becomes an extension of the narcissist because that becomes the only source they can gather this supply from.
