5. Gray rock method.
If you can’t go full-blown no contact, and I get we can always go full-blown no contact right out of the gate, or sometimes we’re in tricky situations where we just simply cannot or aren’t ready to go full-blown no contact, So gray rock is your next best bet if you want to make a narcissist panic.
The point being, when they realize that they no longer have the ability to have a negative effect on you, a positive effect on you, any effect on you, they cannot manipulate or control you, they can’t even get through to get even the slightest hint of narcissistic supply, you’ve completely turned the tables because now you’re the one giving them the cold shoulder rather than the other way around. Panic time, absolute panic time for a narcissist.
Now, if establishing and maintaining no contact is not an option for you, like I said, gray rock is certainly your next best bet.
