6. Establish No Contact.

 Or at the very least, low contact. And you can start with the gray rock method if necessary. And if you’re not sure what that means, you can check out this article here to learn more about the gray rock method. But ultimately, it boils down to this. When people are harmful to your wellbeing, your peace of mind in any way on any level, no contact is always going to be your best bet if you can do it.

 In the meantime, if you’re unable to do it right away, if you’re unable to go full-blown no contact immediately, in the meantime, the gray rock method, and/or low doses, low contact will serve you very well. So give yourself the gift.
