7. You’re altruistic and always try to see the best in others. But aren’t naive.
Super empaths always give people the benefit of the doubt. They’re always trying to see the best in people, even if no one else can. When a super empath sees someone in need, they don’t hesitate to look around and see if anyone else can aid. It’s their instinct to jump and help whoever needs it.
If you’re a super empath, people might call you too trusting of others. It might seem that way on the surface. You would never sneer at a homeless person in the street, rather, you might run into a cafe to buy them a warm cup of coffee. You may have also been told that you date people below your league or your friends are weird, but you see something in them that no one else can. You’re able to sense a certain gift within people that oftentimes, they aren’t even aware of yet. You are able to make their potential a reality, even when everyone tells you that you can’t.
However, a super empath is not naive. They understand that there are cruel people and evils in the world hidden beneath the surface. And they know that the person they buy coffee for on the street might have a criminal record, but they also know that their past doesn’t mean they’re any less deserving of warmth.
They might accidentally become attracted to manipulative people because they initially fell for their lies, but a super empath always discovers the truth. They let their guards down initially, but they’re able to distinguish when someone is manipulating them and leave before it’s too late. Empaths might be idealists, but super empaths are realists.
8. You’re honest and frank.
People might expect super empaths to handle their words delicately and with a touch of sugar to sweeten them up, perhaps even more than a regular empath. But when a super empath has something important to say, they don’t beat around the bush. They’ll come outright and say it without fear of consequences.
Because the super empath has such a strong core identity if they feel passionate about something they will not hesitate to share their honest thoughts about it. Because they seem so sweet and quiet, their cutthroat, honest opinions can often come as a surprise to those around them. However, because super empaths don’t talk that much, when they do, people listen.
