Number 1: They can’t have their way.
One of the fastest ways to know that you’ve beaten the narcissist is when they find it hard to have their way in doing what they want. The narcissist is a very cunning being and will do anything possible to manipulate and control you into doing his bidding. Still, if you study them well and try as much as possible to avoid anything that’ll make them have their way with you, it kills them because their plans have been thwarted and they don’t like that. Once this happens, they start behaving rudely towards you.
Number 2: The narcissist is criticized.
Another way to know that narcissist has been beaten is by how they react when they’re criticized. Narcissists don’t like criticism because they live on inflated egos. Once someone criticizes them, whether it’s diplomatically, constructively, or reasonably, they flare up in anger and show signs of narcissistic rage. Once you notice this and the attitude of a narcissist, know that their ego has been punctured.
